A fluke multi meter is a must have as it allow you to measure DC/AC voltage and current. Also the resistance or capacitance depend of which model you choose.

Next will be temperature control soldering iron, I purchased this from Aliexpress at a very good price.

HP oscillscope that have memory capability, this is purchased from a forumer at a very good price.

Finally the HP8903 audio analyzer that can measure audio amplifier power output and distortion % across frequency band. If partner with an RF generator would be capable of tuning FM radio measurement or even walkie talkie measurement.
