It's been a while since last post on coffee related topic.

Recently bought this new bean, Peru Santa Claus Geisha, and I feel it is really worth to share with you guys.

Roasted the beans on my Huky 500 roasted.

Roasted two batches, 1st batch I dropped after first crack, managed to achieve a light roast.
2nd batch I waited for about 90-120 seconds before I dropped the beans.

Cannot wait any longer, I brew it on the next day and I can smell the strong Jasmine flora scent instantly.
Multiple layers are obvious when coffee was cooler.
Tea like smoothness with jasmine and layerings.

Really awesome, highly recommend!
