Hi Ong,

U can purchase a Logitech harmony 650 for $150 from Carousell. Then login logitech harmony website and download the spectral DMC-30 remote control to the logitech remote, then u can done and able to control your spectral. Hope it help you...

yes agree the SNA web site has became too commercial that I seldom visit the site lately and anyway soon all the local will migrate to local Singapore forum that will serve it purpose. Such a waste for the EX- Xtremeplace web site.

15) next is put back the black metal plate and screw back the two small screws, then the aluminum metal plate and put  back the 4 screws that hold it




16) finally slide the copper rod back to position and put back the screw and all is done and ready for playing cd again. The process is quite simple and take less than 30 minutes to make the laser len change. The next time if you cd player giving u reading problem, you can try to change it yourself, is not that difficult.

13) after replaced with new laser len, now is reverse the process and assemble all parts back.




14) put back the two metal rods into the holder and screw back the two holding screw. Also put back ribbon into the connector holder and push back on two side to lock it again.

12) cd laser len assemble is removed and replaced

9) next removed the ribbon holder pins on bothside, and pull ribbon out from holder.





10) It should look like this now, also start remove the two screws holding the two holding metal rods.

5) next eject the cd holder as shown, then off the power supply. the cd tray need to be out , so that you can access to the cd laser len later.



6) removed the 4 screws from the metal plate
